The Early Days of Television

PESIDENT HOOVER ON TELEVISION PHONE CALL Television was first demonstrated in 1926 but at a much lower resolution than we use today. Early experimenters even recorded television onto discs, of which a small number have survived down toÂ the presentÂ - and we thought that video discs were a much more modern invention!
